Description

The exponential changes that drive digital transformation challenge the established models of leadership. We can no longer put off developing ourselves and our organisations for a digital future.

Come and learn more about how to think and make decisions in a virtual world, in an ever more complex way, more divergently and without all the information at hand. Learn how to manage your ego in a world where power and influence will constantly shift and success will only be achieved through deep collaboration, valuing the input of all stakeholders and being willing to experiment, fail and learn. Become more aware of how to use resilience and confidence to cope with increasing ambiguity and change.

Finally, learn about the agility shift using relationships, diversity and design thinking as tools. Learn about how to shift leadership identity as the context requires and how to co-create in an emerging environment in which planning and adapting has to be in balance with each other.

Monash Business School's Masterclass series brings together industry partners, alumni and friends of Monash to explore next generation challenges. Held in major cities in Australia and overseas, Masterclasses are not only an opportunity to deliver thought leadership to the wider Monash community but are also powerful networking opportunities. Each Masterclass comprises registration at 5:30 pm with welcome refreshments, a presentation of 20 - 40 minutes, followed by a Q & A. Whether delivered by an individual speaker or a panel, our Masterclasses aim to both inspire and entertain.
